The refund schedules printed here do not apply to UHIP charges, the Student System Access fee or to ancillary fees levied for enrolment in specific courses or programs.

Academic & Incidental Fees

M.D. Program

(Incidental fees are reversed only when your registration is cancelled.)

*NOTE: A minimum charge of $181.00 in respect of academic fees will be assessed to students who cancel their registration in a program (Degree POSt) on or after the published date for the first day of classes in the session. For the purpose of determining the minimum charge, the first day of classes in the Fall/Winter Session for the M.D. Program is considered to be September 1, 2006. 

The last date to cancel a course or registration with no academic penalty is not the same as the last date to be eligible for a refund. Check the refund dates carefully.

B.Sc. (MEDICAL RADIATION SCIENCES) Program

For the purpose of determining the minimum charge, the first day of classes in the Fall/Winter Session for the Medical Radiation Sciences Program is considered to be September 11, 2006.
