Tuition fee billing or reversal question?
Tuition fee billing and reversals are based on your registration and/or course enrolment records. Contact your college or faculty registrar’s office, SGS Student Services or TST college registrar’s office.

Student society health and/or dental insurance plan or other fees opt out?
You pay for student society fees displayed on your ACORN invoice, however, some student societies will refund the student for health and dental plan and other fees (outside of ACORN).
Student society opt out application deadlines are set by each student society and are only available within limited periods (usually at the beginning of a session).

Residence fee billing or reversal question?
Residence fees are billed by your residence office. Contact your residence office:

UHIP fee billing or reversal question?
You submit UHIP fee exemptions and fee reversals to the UHIP Office and the UHIP Office will instruct Student Accounts to adjust your fees. View the UHIP Office website and/or email uhip.information@utoronto.ca.

Tuition fee deferral question?
Tuition waiver forms (and ACORN invoice), and undergraduate scholarship tuition deferral forms can be sent to Student Accounts by visiting uoft.me/enrolment-services and click on Get Help.
Third party sponsorship financial commitment letters and questions can be sent to studentar@utoronto.ca.

Procedural and contact information about scholarship or award disbursement decisions are made and recorded on ACORN can be viewed on the Undergraduate Scholarship or Award Payments.

Procedural and contact information about scholarship or award disbursement decisions are made and recorded on ACORN can be viewed on the University Graduate Funding Package Payments.

Tuition refund question?
If you are an OSAP student with a credit balance on ACORN, you can apply for a refund on ACORN which will be submitted to Enrolment Services.
If you are not an OSAP student with a credit balance on ACORN, you can direct your refund request to the Student Accounts office by emailing Student Accounts by visiting uoft.me/enrolment-services and click on Get Help.
