U of T Dependants Scholarship Program
The University Registrar’s Office administers the U of T Dependants Scholarship Program.
The scholarship will be recorded as a credit transaction to the student’s ACORN invoice after classes begin in September for Fall-Winter session.
This scholarship is taxable income and T4A’s will be issued.

Pay to Register
If the University scholarships or awards, does not exceed the Minimum Payment to Register amount on your ACORN invoice for your program, you may deduct the amount of the scholarships or awards, from the required Minimum Payment to Register amount and pay the remaining amount by the Pay or Defer to Register deadline, in order to complete your registration.
Fall-Winter Fee Payment Deadlines
You registered for Fall-Winter session by paying the Minimum Required Payment amount displayed on your ACORN invoice.
Check your ACORN invoice before the end of September, January, and April, to determine if you need to make a fee payment.
Fall-Winter Payment Schedule for with No Deferral September 30, 2023 Deadline to pay for Fall term Tuition & Non-Tuition fee amounts October 16, 2023 First monthly service charge billing date for unpaid Fall term Tuition & Non-Tuition fee amounts November 30, 2023 Deadline to pay for Winter term Tuition & Non-Tuition fee amounts December 15, 2023 First monthly service charge billing date for unpaid Winter term Tuition & Non-Tuition fee amounts April 30, 2024 Final deadline for full payment of Fall-Winter session Tuition & Non-Tuition fees to avoid the recording of an ACORN financial hold on May 1, 2024, and ineligibility to register for future session(s). You registered for Summer session by paying the Minimum Required Payment amount displayed on your ACORN invoice.
Check your ACORN invoice before the end of May, and August, to determine if you need to make a fee payment.
Summer Payment Schedule for Students with No Deferral May 31, 2023 Deadline to pay for Summer Session Tuition & Non-Tuition fee amounts June 15, 2023 First monthly service charge billing date for unpaid Summer session Tuition & Non-Tuition fee amounts August 31, 2023 Final deadline for full payment of Summer session Tuition & Non-Tuition fees to avoid the recording of an ACORN financial hold on September 1, 2023, and ineligibility to register for future session(s). * Some divisions may require an earlier deadline to pay Summer session fees to Fall-Winter Session Pay or Defer.
