Request a Refund
If you have a Canadian bank account, then the quickest and most accurate refund option is Direct Deposit. Direct deposit refunds are processed every day. Record your Canadian bank account information on ACORN [link to Direct Deposit Information webpage].
If you did not record Canadian bank account information on ACORN, then your tuition or award refund will be processed as cheque in Canadian dollars. Cheques are processed once a week. Cheques are mailed by Canada Post to your ACORN mailing address if it is a Canadian mailing address. Cheques with an international address will not be mailed and will be held for a maximum of six months and you will need to contact the Student Accounts office at email@example.com
