Request a Refund
If you have a Canadian bank account, then the quickest and most accurate refund option is Direct Deposit. Direct deposit refunds are processed every day. Record your Canadian bank account information on ACORN.
If you did not record Canadian bank account information on ACORN, then your tuition or award refund will be processed as cheque in Canadian dollars. Cheques are processed once a week. Cheques are mailed by Canada Post to your ACORN mailing address if it is a Canadian mailing address. Cheques with an international address will not be mailed and will be held for a maximum of six months and you will need to contact the Student Accounts office at email@example.com
